Airsnort for Windows?
A free version of Airsnort for Windows, compiled by wireless-bern.ch, can be downloaded and tested from here. No reports of it actually working yet. s
Directions for compiling your own
A paid version, called WinAirsnort v1.0, was put out earlier this year by a French developer site, but was possibly a scam. It did not work at all, the company does not respond for tech support, and their site went blank!
