Roaming wifi

To what end?  What data are you attempting to not lose?  Do you really 
require a persistant datastream?

I would suggest that it would be easier to have an aggressive client 
that trasmits/recieves non persistant data when connectivity was 
available.   

Connected while driving is one thing, seamless handoff is another.  

What sort of application would this be used in?
