You could setup a multicast "radio station", and use any old broken WRT
as a radio receiver to relay these multicast packets to an end PC.

We have talked about doing this with NodeAtoys, we even have a potential
content provider (EDU station) lined up for it, but it hasn't gone past
the concept stage.
