Spam Update

Thanks for the update Ken, although I use spamassassin on our own mail 
servers, before this issue I hadn't comtemplated the difficulties in 
avoiding spam on a mailing list such as this.

Let's hope this does help, also looks like it's brought a lot of the users 
back in the habit of 'contributing' on here :)
