Good price on outdoor Senao CB3 packages?

Anybody know of a retailer that has good prices on CB3 packages? 
Specifically I'm looking for an outdoor enclosure with a bulkhead
N-female connector and a weatherproof ethernet connector.  Then of
course the CB3 itself and possibly a PoE supply.  I can find all this
stuff separately, but then shipping from four different places is
killing me.  Plus, I'd like to get everything from one place for
support purposes in case I have a problem with anything.
