Speaking of which, how do you feel about the dropping of Morse code 
proficiency from the amateur radio license testing? It was dropped 
internationally in 2003 but the FCC only announced it on the 15th of this 
month. I know it's been a divisive subject for the past couple of years 
but I didn't know if the FCC was actually taking comments from the public 
or had other reasons for waiting this long to decide.
