Suspicious Van

I saw a suspicious van hauling ass through my dead end street last night.

It was Green and had fake wood panels on the sides... last three of license
plate xxx-TOY (Washington)

Also had many many antennas on the roof (like 15 or so--all mag mount omnis
mostly small) and, two flat panel ~19" lcd monitors mounted for viewing in
the back seat.  There was a guy sitting in the back seat tending the
equipment, and the driver (not sure about a third possible passenger) in the
front.  If they were mapping they were hauling ass to do it... 40mph down
the side streets.  I had to try hard to keep up so I could get more of a
glimpse of what they were up to...

Any thoughts or are the feds after me????
