Unless your the paranoid type or furtive, or even suspicious type then
yes. Besides in most cases the Feds do not go out and rent a van from
the usual rental agencies unless they are trying desperately to fit
in. It might be a group on a wardriving expedition for example.
I suggest you report it to your local citizen's watch group, and the
local police. Leaving out of course your own thoughts on why you might
be thinking of why the Feds might be watching you.
