WEP is broken, so if you care about security you need either phones that
can do WPA/WPA2 (preferably with AES support) or phones where the VoIP
application protocol itself is secure (secure SIP and SRTP for example).

I'm aware of wired (ethernet) SIP phones that implement this, but not
sure about WiFi phones.
