Simultaenous application DSL BW tester?

Greetings:

Anyone want to recommend a DSL BW tester?  CNET's sounds good ref.

But it does not appear to cover application BW allocation.  Has anyone 
found a free site that will not only test a download but also would 
determine what percentage of BW is being taken by each applications 
being downloaded simultaneously?
