Dish -> Omni Antenna?

The higher the gain on a vertical omni, the narrower the disk of coverage.

If the neighbor's laptop is 20 feet lower elevation it would be 
outside the plane where the highest gain.

If so, it would be interesting to just tip the omni a couple of 
degrees in the direction of the neighbors house and bring the laptop 
into the plane of high gain.
