Recommendations for a wireless setup at a hotel

Hi All,
A friend of mine manages a hotel here in Daytona that wants to put
some sort of Internet in the rooms before the summer rush gets going.
Most of the big commercial places that specialize in that sort of
thing want way too much money and wouldn't be able to do anything for
a month or two, so we came up with a plan to do it ourselves.
Basically, it's a small 3 story hotel and I think we can do it with 2
access points (they have an old Linksys router in the office that
covers about 50% of the rooms, but the signal is intermittent in some
places).
We came up with this list of parts we'll need
(http://fredwick.com/misc/wireless.htm) and I was hoping to get some
feedback as to whether we've left anything obvious off the list. One
thing I wasn't sure about is lightning arrestors. I figured we would
probably be okay without them since we're only planning on using small
12" omnis, coupled with the fact that there are much taller (5-10
stories) hotels on both sides. Also, we are not planning on mounting
anything on the roof, instead we are going to mount the antennas about
half way up the side of the building with a 6-8" standoff.
Thanks!
