Maintaining best connection on WinXP Pro

Sorry if I'm a bit late in responding to this thread, but XP already 
auto-adjusts IP network metrics weighted by link speed -- and SP2 added 
more granularity. More info may be found in the links below. If your 
EVDO card is setting a lower metric than your LAN or WLAN interface, 
you'll want to adjust it manually.
