Things seem a little slow on the list. Newby could try a big antenna and a 
site survey. He is bound to see something. I am living in Port Townsend now 
and looking to buy a big boat to live on. I am not sure if the port has a 
community wireless network in place, but This community is very open to 
that sort of thing.
