802.11a card with external adapter?

Did about 2 minutes of googling and came across this:

Specificly look at bottom line of the features:
""External Antenna ready with Hirose Ms-147-C connector, bypass
internal antenna""
If this were for a PC all you would need is a PCI to PCMCIA adpater card.
