Help in choosing wireless card - Express Card Slot/54mm

I recently purchased a new laptop which uses an Express Card Slot / 54mm,
rather than a PCMCIA. I was planning on getting an Ubiquiti Super Range
Cardbus: http://www.ubnt.com/super_range_cardbus.php4 , but unfortunately it
is PCMCIA.

Does anyone know of an equal solution that will work with 54mm Express Card
Slot? I would rather not get an adapter for USB, etc adding another layer of
complexity. My OS is triple boot with Vista, Linux, and Backtrack.

I need either a prism 2.5 or Atheros chipset, and need to support rfmon and
be able to do packet injection. I saw there were several other Ubiquiti
models that might work, but am not sure if they would work in a laptop, and
be suitable for indoor use using an omni antenna. I think they are all for
outdoor, long range use. 300mW seems to be about perfect for good, indoor
coverage, but correct me if I'm wrong. It should also support B/G (A is not
as important, but if it does great).

Has anyone had success using Express Cards/54mm in these situations and
operating systems? I saw there is also a Senao which might work, which is
another option, but I need it to support WPA/WPA2 encryption as well.

The laptop is an Alienware Aurora M9700.
Any advice, recommendations, or thoughts is appreciated.
