You might as well buy the one suggested, but note that many routers specify 5v, but have switchers in them that can handle a wider voltage. You would need to find someone who has checked this out already.

I rolled my own 5v converters for this purpose out of paranoia.  However, I used a linear regulator since I didn't want more switcher noise.
