HackNight Details

Tonight was a nice relaxed summer hacknight, we spent our time drinking tasty fruit smoothies, dismantling new and interesting hardware, talking about IP tunnel setups, and watching the day go by.

I think I need a nap.

Server Move

HackNight Details

Tonight’s caffeinated energy was focused on troubleshooting a very wonky soekris based EVDO/WiFi Access Point. Unfortunately, it looks like it will take a bit more than swapping out cards, flash and motherboards to solve this one. I had a feeling the donut on the table was causing some sort of RF interference, but I’ve been assured that was the coffee talking.

Rob and I also showed off our newest work-in-progress/time-suck, an interactive virtual reality wireless networking training platform in Second Life (say that three times in quick succession).
