Tonight’s HackNight had a pretty good turnout, discussions moved from free cake (everyone loves free cake) to local content delivery to osx86 to long distance links.
Matt Wilson brought in his vintage 4501 (pre powder-coat case) and his Mark II (the first we ever sold), so we upgraded his kit to Pyramid Linux. Since it’s going on his pitched roof, we twiddled some bits so it will PXE on every boot.
Tonight also marked the end of hacknight at the Redline. They are moving to a restaurant format, and we are a cafe crowd. Next week we meet upstairs at Caffe Vita.
