Seattle Street Signs

DSC_2332.JPG

Seattle has been selling off it’s old signs, and it made the rounds on Slog and the Seattle Times, but if you want this one on Boylston, it looks like you just have to give it a hard tug.   Every time I look out the window at Metrix, I think it’s going to be gone, but so far, it’s still there.

Say, you ought to take a shot of the “Stop for me it’s the law” sign that someone modified up there on Capitol Hill….they drew some big mechanical pincer on the person on the sign and drew a “C” in front of “Law”. I can’t remember what intersection it’s at but I remember the first couple of times I saw it I nearly fell off my bicycle laughing….

Something tells me it’s somewhere up near Volunteer park on like 12th E or something….
