		<description>Say, you ought to take a shot of the "Stop for me it's the law" sign that someone modified up there on Capitol Hill....they drew some big mechanical pincer on the person on the sign and drew a "C" in front of "Law". I can't remember what intersection it's at but I remember the first couple of times I saw it I nearly fell off my bicycle laughing....

Something tells me it's somewhere up near Volunteer park on like 12th E or something....
